On October 14th, Monday, 18 companies, including industry leaders like Turkish Airlines, Şişecam, and Alarko Holding, actively participated in share buybacks on the stock exchange. The list of these companies includes Tekfen Holding, Cem Zeytin, TAB Gıda, Agesa Hayat ve Emeklilik, Atakey Patates, DMR Unlu Mamuller, Lokman Hekim, Investco Holding, Adra Gayrimenkul Yatırım Ortaklığı, Kervan Gıda, Orge Enerji, Frigo-Pak Gıda, İzdemir Enerji, and Verusa Holding.

Despite the downward trend on Borsa İstanbul, the decision of these 18 companies to buy back shares is interpreted as a positive message for the markets.
