In a statement made to the Public Disclosure Platform (KAP), it was noted that the actions were taken in accordance with Article 5 of the Istanbul Stock Exchange’s Regulation on Supervisory Measures. The measures are being implemented against investor Fatih Kılıç due to his commands and transactions involving CEO Event Medya A.Ş. (CEOEM).
