We have previously shared updates about Pazarama, Türkiye İş Bankası’s e-commerce platform. Recently, we learned that significant appointments have taken place at Pazarama. The founding General Manager, Serkan Uğraş Kaygalak, has been appointed as the General Manager of Anadolu Hayat Emeklilik, a subsidiary of İş Bankası.
M. Bülent Kutacun, who was serving as the Senior Deputy General Manager at Pazarama, has been appointed as the new General Manager.
M. Bülent Kutacun’s Career
M. Bülent Kutacun has over 25 years of experience in the banking and payment systems sector. After graduating from the Statistics Department of Middle East Technical University, he began his career in October 1999 in the Payment Systems Department at İş Bankası. In this role, he held various positions related to chargebacks, fraud, reporting, acquiring, strategy, system performance, and e-commerce, also taking on managerial responsibilities.
Most recently, while serving as the Head of the Payment Systems Ecosystem Department, Kutacun was appointed as the Deputy General Manager of Pazarama, and as of October 1, 2024, he will assume the role of General Manager.
Pazarama is a digital platform company that offers a variety of services to consumers through a single application, including online shopping, fuel payments for vehicles, airline ticket sales, hotel reservations, car rental, and transportation card top-ups. As the General Manager of Pazarama, M. Bülent Kutacun stated that they will continue to strengthen the ecosystem and advance Pazarama by supporting both their business partners and consumers in the upcoming period.
