Apple Search Ads enhances both the visibility and downloads of your app on the App Store and is set to launch in Turkey and 20 additional countries, as announced here. The Apple Search Ads are displayed on the Today tab, the Search tab, and on Product Pages. According to Apple’s website, over 650 million people visit the App Store every week.

There are two different options available in Apple Search Ads: Advanced and Basic. With the Basic option, users can set their goals and budgets, and quickly launch their campaigns. The smart automation provided in the Basic plan optimizes app promotions in search results while ensuring downloads at a predictable cost.

The Advanced option offers users a more comprehensive advertising experience. It allows you to invest as much or as little as you want without encountering a minimum spending limit in search ads. With a cost-per-tap (CPT) pricing model, you only pay when a customer interacts with your ad. This means you can determine the average amount you want to spend each day. Additionally, spending is automatically optimized for days with a higher likelihood of downloads. You also set the maximum amount you are willing to pay for a tap, and you can change this amount whenever you want. In summary, you have the capability to start, pause, or adjust your campaigns at any time.

It’s also important to note that your ads are automatically generated using the metadata and visuals you provide in App Store Connect. You can easily monitor the performance data of your campaigns through the interface provided. If you wish, you can create custom reports or benefit from personalized suggestions.

According to information shared by the company, over 95% of those who download an app from an ad do so within one minute of interacting with the ad. Thanks to the ads in the App Store, applications can receive twice the impressions compared to organic results. Apple also mentions that it prioritizes ad relevance to achieve high conversion rates. In this context, the company states that it matches your ad to search terms in search results, achieving an average conversion rate of over 60%.
