Stock Market Sales and Purchases
According to the report, foreign residents sold a net of $57.7 million in stocks last week while acquiring a net of $895.4 million in DIBS and $10.3 million in other sector assets outside general government.
Annual DIBS Acquisitions
So far this year, foreign residents have purchased $10.503 billion in DIBS, with the DIBS stock rising to $13.2358 billion, reaching its highest level since the week of February 14, 2020.
Stock and Other Sector Asset Values
During the same period, the stock of foreign-held equities increased from $40.8235 billion to $41.0522 billion, while other sector asset stocks grew from $417.9 million to $423.7 million.
