Borsa İstanbul has imposed a one-month ban on margin trading for an investor dealing in shares of CEO Event Medya A.Ş. (CEOEM).

In a statement made to the Public Disclosure Platform (KAP), it was noted that the actions were taken in accordance with Article 5 of the Istanbul Stock Exchange’s Regulation on Supervisory Measures. The measures are being implemented against investor Fatih Kılıç due to his commands and transactions involving CEO Event Medya A.Ş. (CEOEM).

As of 07/10/2024, investor Fatih Kılıç will be subject to measures including a “Margin Trading Ban,” “Gross Settlement,” and “Restrictions on Online Order Submission” for a duration of one month. This decision was made as part of Borsa İstanbul’s authority to oversee and regulate the market.
