## Statement on Capital Reduction from Medical Park
Mlp Sağlık Hizmetleri A.Ş. (MPARK) disclosed information about the date of the capital reduction operations in a statement made to the Public Disclosure Platform (KAP) on October 7, 2024. The company stated that it would reduce its issued capital of 208,037,202.00 TL to 191,012,202.00 TL by canceling 17,025,000 shares with a nominal value of 17,025,000.00 TL, which corresponds to 8.18% of its capital.
## Capital Reduction on October 9
The capital reduction process, which does not require any cash outflow, will be completed on October 9, 2024. This matter was discussed and approved in the General Assembly held on September 27, 2024. The application made to the Capital Markets Board (SPK) was also approved on August 28, 2024.
After the capital reduction transaction conducted by Medical Park (MPARK), changes in the company’s financial structure will be closely monitored.
