The third company to announce a free capital increase this week was Escort Teknoloji Yatırım A.Ş. (ESCOM). The company decided to increase its paid-in capital from 49,992,100 TL by 1,310% to reach 704,842,185 TL. This increase, funded by both capital inflation adjustment differences and special funds, highlights the company’s growth objectives.
