Pera Investment Holding has signed a new lease agreement for a store at Sümerpark Shopping Center (AVM).
5-Year Lease Agreement at Sümerpark AVM
Pera Investment Holding (PEHOL) announced on the Public Disclosure Platform (KAP) that it has leased a 538.94 square meter store located on the ground floor of Sümerpark AVM to Osmanlı Gastronomi Tedarik ve Gıda Sanayi Ticaret A.Ş. (SIR WINSTON) for a period of 5 years. The lease agreement will be effective from the date the shopping center reopens.
Rent Will Be Calculated Based on Monthly Turnover
According to the announcement, Osmanlı Gastronomi will pay the rent, calculated based on the monthly turnover of the new store, to Pera Investment Holding every month. Pera Investment Holding stated in a disclosure to KAP on December 19, 2023, that the value of Sümerpark AVM is 1,256,495,000 TL (excluding VAT).
The total leasable area of Sümerpark AVM has been specified as 35,836.65 square meters. Details regarding the lease agreement by Pera Investment Holding can be found in the statement made to KAP.
