On October 7, 2024, Tapdi Oksijen (TNZTP) announced in a statement to the Public Disclosure Platform (KAP) that it has decided to increase the distribution rate of bonus dividends to 70.70%.
### Bonus Distribution Rate Raised to 70.70%
During the company’s Ordinary General Assembly held on June 5, 2024, it was decided to distribute bonus dividends amounting to 40% of the net distributable profit for 2023. However, in a meeting on October 7, 2024, the Board of Directors revised the previous application for a profit distribution of 65,231,529.22 TL in order to increase the distribution amount. They proposed a distribution of bonus dividends amounting to 90,499,097 TL, to be covered from the 2023 period profit and extraordinary reserves. This proposal will be submitted for approval to shareholders at the Extraordinary General Assembly meeting scheduled for October 31, 2024. As a result, the bonus distribution rate will be increased from 50.96213% to 70.70241%.
The decision to raise TNZTP’s bonus dividend distribution rate to 70.70% is expected to be positively received by investors.
