The Ministry of Environment, Urbanization, and Climate Change’s Urban Transformation Directorate is offering 865 various plots for sale under advantageous conditions across 51 provinces in Turkey. These plots, located in central areas of these provinces, will be available for purchase with 25% down payment and a 24-month payment plan.
The Ministry is providing a significant opportunity for investors, offering a 20% discount for upfront payments.
The auctions will take place online on July 9, 10, and 11, 2024, starting at 10:30 AM.
HIGH DEMAND IN ISTANBUL AND ANKARA
Citizens looking to build homes or find suitable plots for businesses are eager for 31 plots in Istanbul, 37 in Ankara, 139 in Malatya, 16 in Mardin, 113 in Samsun, and 119 in Şanlıurfa. Applications for participation have begun in these high-demand cities.
ONLINE PARTICIPATION IN THE AUCTION IS AVAILABLE
The open auctions that allow for online participation will be held on July 9, 10, and 11 at 10:30 AM.
Bids can be placed online at the website emlakmuzayede.com.tr for the auctions taking place at the Conference Hall of the Ministry of Environment, Urbanization, and Climate Change in Mustafa Kemal Neighborhood, Çankaya/Ankara, and at the TOKİ Istanbul Service Building in Küçükçekmece/Istanbul.
