Apple has expanded its Apple Business Connect service to help businesses increase their visibility, as detailed in a recent announcement. This free service allows businesses to manage their presence on Apple’s 1.5 billion devices.

With new features, business owners will be able to integrate their brands into the Mail App, Tap to Pay, and Phone App applications. Through Apple Business Connect, businesses will have the opportunity to showcase their brand more prominently in email communications. This means that their business emails will appear more noticeable in recipients’ inboxes. The business’s name and logo will replace the standard gray logo in emails, enhancing the brand identity. When recipients open the email, they will see a colorful header featuring the brand logo, making the communication more professional and recognizable.

The Tap to Pay feature enables iPhone users to make contactless payments. With Apple Business Connect, this feature will have a customized appearance with the business’s branding symbols. During the payment process, customers will see the business’s name and logo, which will make the transaction feel more trustworthy. Customers will be able to clearly see who they are making payments to, resulting in a secure shopping experience.

In the Phone app, businesses will have the ability to make their calls more recognizable. During incoming calls, the business’s name, logo, and relevant department will be displayed on the screen. This feature will help users better distinguish which calls are important and which may be unwanted or spam. Consequently, it will be easier for businesses to connect with their clients, and the reliability of calls will increase.

Moreover, not just businesses with physical locations, but also those operating from home or entirely online can now benefit from this service. Apple has enabled millions of businesses around the world to customize their location cards with this service. This means businesses will have the chance to enhance customer engagement by adding content such as cover photos and logos.

David Dorn, Apple’s Senior Director of Internet Software and Services, expressed his excitement about the initiative, stating, “We are thrilled to provide all businesses with the opportunity to enhance their visibility.”
