We recently announced the conference program for Turkey’s leading entrepreneurship and technology conference, Webrazzi Summit 2024, which will take place on October 23rd. This year, Webrazzi Summit 2024 will be held across a total of five different stages: Disrupt, Grow, Invest, Startup Stage, and Academy.
In this article, let’s take a closer look at one of the standout stages at Webrazzi Summit 2024, the Invest stage. The Invest stage will feature expert speakers throughout the day, sharing the latest and most strategic insights on both local and global investment trends. We would also like to highlight that the Invest stage will include speakers from both domestic and international backgrounds.
The Invest stage will offer a unique opportunity, especially for those wondering how to evaluate new opportunities in the technology and investment sectors and what future investment strategies may look like. It’s worth mentioning that the design of the Invest stage will differ from the conventional Webrazzi Summit stages.
Our Invest stage will kick off with a panel titled “The Future of Investment: Technology and Entrepreneurship in Turkey.” The panel, moderated by Webrazzi Founder and CEO Arda Kutsal, will feature speakers including Ahmet Faralyalı, Founding Partner at Mediterra Capital Management Limited, and Cenk Bayrakdar, Managing Director at Revo Capital.
In the panel titled “The New Face of Corporate Investments: Future Vision with CVC,” we will discuss Corporate Venture Capitals (CVCs), which have quickly become some of the most active investment companies in the country’s investment ecosystem. Topics such as portfolio management companies and venture capital investment funds will also be part of the panel titled “PYŞ+GSYF=X.”
We will explore how technology investment appears from the media’s perspective with Irina Obushtarova, Co-Founder and CEO of The Recursive, and Julija (JJ) Jegorova, Founder and CEO of Black Unicorn PR.
The panel “Globalizing Technology Investments: The Vision of Turkish Investors” will address the perspectives of domestic investors regarding globalization in tech investments. Additionally, we’ll discuss the entire scope of Turkey’s investment ecosystem in detail during the panel titled “Turkey’s Investment Ecosystem and Expectations” with industry experts.
Another crucial topic for discussion at the Invest stage will be gaming startups. As you know, gaming startups form a vital part of our country’s entrepreneurial and investment ecosystem. In the panel titled “The Heart of Gaming,” we will delve into investments in gaming startups and future trends. In the last panel of the day, we will be joined by Imran Gürakan, Founding Partner and CEO of Ankara TEKMER, Cahit İslam Ertemel, President of MÜSİAD, Dr. Mahmut Nedim Özdemir, Director of KWORKS, and Fırat Umur, Entrepreneurship Programs Manager at Workup.
