BIST 100 Index Performance
The BIST 100 index concluded the week at 10,647.91 points, losing 1.15% compared to the previous week’s closing, after hitting a low of 10,486.70 and a high of 10,824.21 points.
Gold Prices
The gram selling price of 24-carat gold in the Grand Bazaar decreased by 0.24% this week to 2,452 lira, while the selling price of the Republic gold dropped by 0.67% to 16,200 lira.
The selling price of a quarter gold fell from 4,090 lira last weekend to 4,066 lira.
Currency Rates
EURO RISES TO 35.1220 LIRA
This week, the US dollar decreased by 0.05% to 32.8170 lira, while the euro increased by 0.02% to 35.1220 lira.
Investment Funds Performance
Investment funds gained 0.51% this week, and individual retirement funds rose by 0.39%.
Among the categories, the highest-performing investment funds were “Debt Instruments” and “Money Market” funds, both yielding a return of 0.94%.
