Arzum’s Application to CMB for Capital Increase
On October 16, 2024, Arzum Electric Home Appliances Industry and Trade Inc. notified the Public Disclosure Platform (KAP). The company stated that it has applied to the CMB to raise its registered capital ceiling to 2 billion TL. The increase from the current registered capital ceiling of 160 million TL aims to strengthen the company’s financial structure.

In the statement from Arzum, it was mentioned that a change would be made in Article 6 of the Company’s Articles of Association to set the registered capital ceiling at 2 billion TL. The application for this change has been submitted to the CMB, and approval is awaited. The board of directors made this decision on October 14, 2024, and the application to the CMB was made on October 16, 2024.
