New Appointments by the Board of Directors
According to a statement made to the Public Disclosure Platform (KAP) by Koç Metalurji A.Ş., new appointments were made in the investor relations department by the Board of Directors decision dated October 21, 2024.
New Era in Koç Metalurji’s Investor Relations Department
Yeliz Özlük has been appointed as the Manager of the Investor Relations Department in accordance with the Capital Markets Board’s (SPK) Corporate Governance Communiqué II-17.1. Additionally, Özkan Aktürk has been appointed as the second staff member in the Investor Relations Department.
